For the past few years I have stopped making New Years Resolutions. I figured out that they were basic traps to hate yourself all year long (people tend to make huge resolutions and fail them with in the first few weeks of January!) so I stopped making promises to myself at the beginning of the year, choosing rather to make little promises daily or weekly.
